Bishop Tim McCaleb currently serves as General Presbyter for the Asia, Australia, and Oceania area in the Church of God Prophecy. Bishop McCaleb received his minister’s license in 1980 and was ordained as a Bishop in 1989. Previous ministry positions include serving as a pastor for 28 years, as well as serving in various state positions such as Tennessee State youth director, Regional Overseer in Tennessee, and the Tennessee Ministerial Review Board. Bishop McCaleb served on the Biblical Doctrine and Polity Committee from 2006 to 2016, and he has served as state overseer of the Oregon, Idaho, and Utah Region as well as State Overseer of Texas.
For 2 1/2 years, Bishop McCaleb served the earthquake-devastated island of Haiti, where he rebuilt churches, pastors’ homes, and the orphanage. He has also done construction ministry in various countries in both South and Central America, the Caribbean, and Africa.
He holds a BA from the University of Tennessee, an MA from PTS, an MTS from Vanderbilt University, and a Doctor of Ministry degree from the Houston Graduate School of Theology. He and his wife, Sheena, have been married for 45 years. They are the proud parents of four children and ten grandchildren.
