Aileen Reid is the Associate and NextGen Pastor at Bridge of Hope Church (BOH). She is also the North Carolina State Women’s Ministries Director and an Assistant Professor at UNC Greensboro. Aileen is passionate about winning souls and making disciples for Christ. She has spent many years training and developing leaders, evangelizing and discipling students, and working with pastors to prioritize youth and children’s ministries in their local churches. Before BOH, she served as Co-Director of International Youth Ministries for the Church of God of Prophecy International Offices from 2008-2014 and co-pastor of the Montreal West Church of God of Prophecy in Quebec, Canada, from 2003-2008 with her husband, Trevor. Aileen is honored to be the mother of Joshua, David, and Alexa. Aileen holds Ph.D. and Master of Science degrees in Educational Research, Measurement, and Evaluation from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, a Master of Public Administration from New York University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy Studies from Duke University.
