Michayla White

@ Leadership and Ministry Coach

Michayla passionately loves the Lord, her family, and her community in the suburbs of Chicago…and anything that smacks of adventure! She married her childhood sweetheart, and they are living their dream raising three boys (an 11, a 9, and an almost 3-year-old). In addition to snacks, she also carries an emergency confetti popper in her bag just in case there’s something to celebrate.

The daughter of a long-term volunteer children’s director, Michayla has joyfully served church leaders globally for over 15 years through non-profitĀ and parachurch organizations focused on children’s and family ministry. Most recently, she served as the CEO of the International Network of Children’s Ministry (INCM) for 6 years. After resigning in 2023, she has been cherishing time with her family, serving the community in front of her, volunteering and serving as an Elder at the Messianic Jewish congregation she calls home, coaching pastors around the country, and preaching in churches. She is also the co-founder of a new ministry called The Sabbath Table – a community committed to setting tables where God’s Word is the feast and disciples of Yeshua grow in unity with one another.

Her love for the global Church is rooted in her love for the Word of God, and has developed deep roots as she has worked with thousands of churches of varied sizes and denominations – both inside and outside the USA. She believes pastors and ministry leaders need a team of Jesus-centered, prayerful individuals supporting them in their journey – especially those dedicated to the discipleship of kids and families. From watching her mom lead children’s ministry as she grew up, to serving in children’s ministry her entire life, she advocates that passing on faith from one generation to the next is the most meaningful mission of every disciple.
